backdoor.trojan isn't a diagnosis its a generic name, you will have to post more information if you're going to make such accusations.

Just a fact - deal with it. MY AV detected the possible presence and that's good enough for me. It may be a false positive, but I'll leave it to downloaders to take that now-informed risk.
