just a newbie in Cain, while arp poisoning the victim system ip is missed, and it can't access anymore .
did i misconfigure something?

I believe you're saying that while APR is enabled, your victim can no longer access the net? Ensure the firewalls are disabled on both computers and re-test. If this works, you can try enabling rules in the firewall to allow traffic on the lan and try again, otherwise you may just have to go with it disabled.
